Born in Jamaica, raised in New York and recently relocated to Baltimore, Maryland, Cerra Bellum has set out to change the Make Up game and there is no stopping her. Most people would have stayed in the Big Apple but Miss Bellum is not your average lady. Determined to stand out from the rest, she's catching the eyes of many other make up artist who dare to mimic her. She's constantly ahead of the game and just when they thought they mastered her technique she's already on to the next one. Constantly educating and challenging herself, I see big things in her future. She has been my Make Up Artist for the past two years and I don't see that changing. Check out some her beautiful work.
